I agree that Bayshore has horrible customer service. I went in to get a minor business card design photo shopped and I wanted to support local business. Long story short “Michelle” told me she’d have a proof the next day. I don’t hear from her and called back the day after. She then told me she’d work on it after the weekend and that I was #15 in line.Tuesday I got a call from Bayshore office worker stating my 500 cards were ready even though I hadn’t approved any printing to be done, or any number of cards to be printed, or even seen the final proof. Furthermore the worker told me they weren’t the best quality because I had rushed them. The worker interrupting me relentlessly when I tried to explain myself. I finally had to hang up.
