First Order Cargo — Local services in Anaheim

Used First Order Cargo to ship home lightsabers that we built in Disneyland. Price was cheap and the estimated delivery was only a week! Unfortunately they never delivered the package. Got ahold of Disney services, they kept telling me to wait and give the delivery services more time. A month after the lightsabers were expected to be delivered, they finally admitted that they had lost them before they even made it to the shipping company. Got in contact with Disney, they offered to replace them. Waited another month for the replacements but they didn't come either. Disney is blaming a "glitch" in their system is why they never got sent. Have been calling them every other day to get updates and they can't give me any. They have no idea why its taking so long. It's been over 2 months now since they were supposed to be delivered and they can't figure it out, they just keep asking us to wait a bit longer.

Update: finally got the replacements after 3 months and lots and back and forth. First shipment only came with half the parts so had to start the process all over again to get the rest of the parts. So lightsabers are now here, never got the cases they...

A bit limited in selection at the time I visited. Places like Dok-Ondar and the resistance stalls sell more displayable and hearty items like the in universe currencies (Dok-Ondar) and the resistance stores across area selling different pilot helmets that would look great on a shelf. The only imperial focused shop doesn't exactly sell anything that was particularly beefy enough for adults like me to jump for. The stuff to see in the upper part of the building are cool and if you are a first order or imperial fan in general there's definitely stuff to quickly look at.

While Disney would rarely in a billion years ever sway what they do based on suggestions of randoms I'll say for principal sake that if First Order Cargo had merely replica imperial blasters without sound or electronics and solely just a few bits of interactivity with a bit of heft then my review here would be 5 starts. Small things like helmets beyond the Black Series ones or even bits and pieces of prop items from the first order or imperial sides would be enough to...

I built a lightsaber at Savi's on October 31, 2024, and had it shipped home from FIrst Order Cargo on the same day. I paid for express shipping, but they sent it UPS Ground. I just got it today and it's not even the one I built. It's a different store bought lightsaber that's not mine. I don't know what to do. This is awful. I just lost so much money. Thanks...
