The girl that was checking me out was very rude and abrupt. Another team member then accidentally did the embroidery in the wrong color (which didn’t upset me at the time) but then the “lead’s” only two options were to give me a voucher so I can “try again later” or have me wait for them to run to another store to get another hat. Not sure if this person has been to Disneyland as a guest but both options required more time that would of had me waiting longer. Read moreThere are two Mad Hatter shops. One in Fantasyland and one at the front of the park on the right side. While I love Mickey Ear hats and such, there really isn't much else to look at. Both shops are pretty small. The Fantasyland location looks more fun though because it is designed in Fantasyland style. They embroider stuff here too. It's actually pretty neat. The embroidery machines are automated so i don't think they mess up too often.
TIP: If they somehow do not want to embroider a hat for you, just go to World of Disney in Downtown Disney. Sometimes they can...
Read moreGirl messed up on my embroidery on my hat on 11/7. Her supervisor was not impressed and was very nice. Got it fixed. Upon further inspection she embroidered my name over the tag on the inside of the hat, so if I want to cut the tag out to not scratch my head I have to ruin my embroidery.
Currently on hold with Disney merchandising. Really annoyed at this. The hat was not cheap not sure why she couldn't do her job and pay...
