ALDI — Local services in Anderson

Store management has no integrity...This is specifically about the Anderson Indiana location. Bought a lot of raspberries there that we brought home and put in the fridge with the intent to wash and freeze them the next day. The next morning they were 75%+ covered with mold. Went back and the Manager said "Just let them know that I told you you could get them for free since these were bad and we are out right now". Took a month and a half of shopping there twice a month before they finally had some in stock when we were there. When we checked out they said the manager no longer worked there (seems to me they fired the one honest manager they had) New manager said she would have to ok it with the store manager, store manager could apparently care less that they waist customers money on crap stuff nor about maintaining any sense of integrity. She said we should not have waited so long to try and replace them. I told her you were out every single time we came in, she didn't care. I sincerely hope she reads this and knows that over $15 worth of raspberries she has permanently lost customers to her store. I would rather pay more elsewhere than shop with people who do not keep there word nor care about customer experience and the fact they sold...

This review is for the interracial couple who experienced aggression from one of the cashiers. This cashier was an elderly white female. Her aggression was uncalled for and unnecessary. This couple was next in line to have their items rung up. The cashier suddenly leaves to start stocking shelves. She then yells at the lady in the couple to start putting her items on the register conveyor because if not she will not return to check her items out. Why should they unload their items when you told them you would be right back? They were waiting in line for her regardless. How is it by them not unloading their items on your register conveyor, you would automatically dismiss their presence when you told them you were coming back? Another cashier was open, so the couple went there and during that time and up until they left, the disgruntled cashier kept arguing and muttering to herself seeking validation in her actions. The cashier's behavior made me sick...

Store manager is an absolute b* (I’m talking about the one conducting interviews 9/13/2022, she had black hair pulled up into a bun) I am pregnant and wasn’t standing in the 50 degree weather waiting for her to unlock the door. I was there before 8:30 am waiting in my car for an interview and then I walked up to the doors after she had let people in and she ALREADY locked it and told me I wasn’t able to be interviewed for being “late” I was literally sitting in my car. Lol do not recommend shopping at a store that says they need help then refuse the interview people that come to try to work for you?!? They scream and cry for help then say “sorry we’re not interviewing you.” One girl drive 30 minutes to get to her interview. I will be contacting corporate about this discrimination towards me & this other lady. I assume she saw I was pregnant and decided she didn’t want me working there. So she locked the door right...
