worst experience ever , i’ve always heard good things about this pizza hut so me and a group of friends went in to dine in , ahead of time i called to ask about the buffet , was told that it was over for the day , we still decided to just get regular food off the menu , not even 5 minutes after we order they start setting out food for the buffet , i said “that’s crazy” a little louder but not on purpose and our server heard me and came over and asked if everything was okay , i mentioned that i called ahead and was told that the buffet was over for the day she asked who answered i told her it was debbie , she said “ oh yea that my nana she’s like 70 and has been forgetting things recently” i laughed and said it was okay , i do not think ms debbie is 70 and forgetting things though.. we ordered dessert while still waiting on our food, and once our food got bright out the server had no idea where anything was going whatsoever and we all had to figure it out on our own.. the server never once came and checked on us to make sure that our food was good and so by the time we were done she was greeting a table of maybe 7-8 people.. she went and got there drinks and still never came and checked on us , she then came over with the dessert and i told her we were okay and didn’t want it anymore as we had been sitting there done with our food and waiting for over 10-15 minutes for her.. she got a visible attitude and went to the back and who knows what she was saying but i could see her head bobbing back and forth as if her bun was gonna fall off… she went up to the computer screen and started tapping extremely aggressively and a new server came in and she sat and told her whatever she needed to tell her , there was now 3 servers including her standing at the front , she heads over to bring us all our bills and boxes and these other 2 female servers and standing with there arms crossing STARING as hard as they could and then continue on to laugh at us for who knows what , then our server proceeded to give us our bills but decided to slam them on the table and say “that’s for u” with a very VISIBLE attitude.. as a server myself , if i would have done that i don’t think that my managers would’ve been too happy with me. (forgot to mention, my freinds went up to pay and there is 2 other females there just standing and they said “ she will be with you in a minute” while standing there with their arms crossed… makes absolutely no sense .. i still tipped 2.00 beacuse i don’t know what she went thru that morning but this service was seriously unexpected, unacceptable, and just...
Read moreI really don't know how else to go about this besides saying: IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE have ever faced the challenge of drug addiction, or mental illness please avoid this store. They may smile and act kind to you, but a MANAGER voiced some very disheartening and negative opinions on his view of the "usual" patrons that order. "Zombies", "Meth Zombies", "Those kind of people" are all names that he used to describe PAYING, HUNGRY individuals that chose THIS STORE to purchase their meals and drinks from. I was simply calling in for a concern on my order and kept getting called "not one of those people" or "Oh I'm of course not talking about you" every other swntence. I would rather drive 20 minutes round trip to Nichol Avenue's store which is on the "rougher side" of town and be greeted over the phone and/or in person with smiles and genuine customer service. I couldn not bring myself to even finish my food after learning of all of the negative energies that had to be in that kitchen. The whole crew (except Mz. Debbie, bless her heart) needs to be put through sensitivity and community relations training ASAP. Read morePizza was good the service from the manager was rude. I ordered 8 additional dips and didn't receive three. 2 cheese and the Cinnabon dip. I called and told them only missing dips. The manager said i didn't order the Cinnabon. I asked for credit for the cheese dips and went looking for receipt during a birth day party. Saw I did called back (annoyed by 1st manager) got 2nd manager who was polite & helpful she even offered to send missing dips I told her I may have a credit but would like items. Boom rude guy calls and actually argues I didn't order Cinnabon I again said yes the Cinnabon dip. Started arguing I said full order. At that point I asked why are you arguing and said please credit and I'm done. Actually tried gaslighting I didn't say dip. I was literally reading off the receipt. I give the 2nd manager 5 stars I felt positive after that until I was called back and treated like I was stupid. All I wanted is what I paid for and was willing to settle for a credit.
