Marshalls — Local services in Anderson

Sad and unfortunate went into this store to spend my hard earned money and I'm looking around with excitement of buying something new. And as my husband and I moved around up and down isles looking at items. We started to notice random people walking around us beside us with absolutely nothing in their hand or holding one item to blend in with shoppers with the hopes of no one noticing that they are actually floor walkers. This is really becoming old. Racial profiling has to STOP! we are so sick and tired of it. First of all we have everything a person could ever need. Seconed of all Marshall in some areas isn't what it used to be. Marshall's clothing store items seem to be cheaper looking when it comes to the quality. The Tall blond cashier with eye glasses was really slow with checking customers out. The young lady was doing more chatting than cashing people out. You had a male guy short and strange in behavior showing up every where we were. So thanks Marshall's we will not shop there again we feel racially profiled violated single out you name it. We are supporting you. While your staff is low key harassing customer who just want to be trusted to shop. What happen to being innocent until proven guilty. Just a little advice the people you think will not will. And the people you think will don't. So please try a new method this has...

EXCELLENCE IN RETAIL! I had to return some items that I'd brought home from Lay-A-Away (Perk!) due to extreme weight loss during that time. I had several relative receipts, but not the right one... [(WoW, I was upset! Wanted to shop elsewhere & wanted the cash/amount I'd paid for them. The Mgr. made a huge exception & checked his receipts for the next transaction after the one that was in my hand.) I didn't think there was anyone like him in business anymore, and he just made my day, my year... and went a long way in restoring my hope in people again. :)] HE FOUND IT! I got my $$...

Stocked items are a hit-or-miss but stock categories are consistent. You'll always find bedding, for example, but the pattern or size or color you want may not be available.
