There is no other clothing store in this town that can even begin to compare to the quality of Kohls .. the online ordering you have the option to come Generally, within the hour, after you’ve ordered, your order is already for you you just go in and pick it up and go that’s really a amazing process. No need to stay in store and pay. It’s already paid for you get sent an email telling you that your order is ready. Come get it .. believe or not they will even actually deliver to your car in the parking lot.❤️‍🔥.. and of course, you also have the option for delivery through mail to your house. Once you experience it I couldn’t imagine anyone could shop anywhere else unless you’re buying food.. I could go on and on with the amazing customer service .. when you become a member and get your Kohls card let me tell you, once you learn how to work that discount you get high-quality items at a very low price I’m constantly getting 30% 40% discount added to my app alongside of other discounts, such as spend $50 get $10 off which you can combine with your already 30 to 40% off.. free delivery once you become VIP member or order over $100 I think it is .. back to school discount are astronomically out of this world .. and the Kohls cash wow that just adds an extra bonus because once like I said, you learn how to stack these discounts that you get you’re already getting like 50% off then you get Kohl’s cash so that’s like win-win plus I’ll let you know when your Kohl’s cash expires if you have a Kohl’s card and the Kohl’s app, all you have to do is call Kohl’s customer service and they allow you an 11 day grace. But you have to do it online. How much mortgage you ask for I mean really it’s amazing!!! another thing. Kohls has the most amazing app I’ve ever seen and not only high quality clothing.. they have amazing bedding of extraordinary quality home decor, rugs, electronics shoes, kids toys, and much much more and that’s just in store. It seems that the store has undergone some changes that have been made 🤔 but I'm not sure it's helping the customers -the jewelry area looked very sparse, lots of tables but not much choice. I was interested in the women's pluse size area, but there wasn't much in the women's plus size to choose from and what was there was too overpriced 45.00 to 55.00 for a pair of Capri pants was way too much and much more than anyone I know, would pay for these items and the buy one items and get half off was ridiculous for the price 😳 I was able to get a few things from the clearance racks since this was my only option, but they were all mixed-up and it was hard to find items that I had to stoop down to the floor to find and of course there were no sales persons available to help me. Manager on duty tonight was extremely rude to my daughter as she was trying to spend her birthday money. She stared her down with an annoyed look while making her purchase in Sephora (the cashier helping in the Sephora was fantastic!) and then while checking out in the self check out area, my daughter inquired if she could use her cash to check out. The manager then responded quick and rude “no.” I then said “well then let me check out my purchase and then I’ll help her.” She then looked down at my daughter and said “what are you wanting to spend cash?” (Sarcasm and lack of interest was strong in her voice.) and then she took her to customer service to complete her birthday purchase. If Kohls believes this is customer service, then we will begin taking our money elsewhere.
