I would give zero stars if I could. Just bought a $70 costume. Asked the sales associate if there were any coupons. She immediately said no. The other sales associate said there was a 10% available. The associate that told me no said they weren’t supposed to be giving those out… I proceeded with the sale. I went outside and looked through my emails and found the 10% and went back inside and SILAN refused to give me the 10% discount I originally had. She said all sales were final. As someone who is also in customer service, you should know what sales or coupons are available. Tell your customers to check their emails. I had 100 emails from spirit Halloween. I was trying to go through them while standing at the counter. The 10% was mixed in with newer emails… horrible customer service!!! I should’ve saved almost $7.00. What makes me so upset is I asked if there were any coupons. She should’ve been a good sales associate and told me I should have a 10% email available and waited for me to check. There was no line, no one in the store. She was just adamant on what she wanted to say and rush me out...
   Read moreI went into this Spirit Halloween after they been open for less than a week. They were sold out of everything I wanted. I found a t-shirt I wanted, and took it up to the checkout. It had no price tag on it. It was 20 dollars online. I tried to use the 20 percent coupon, and the cashier told me it was expired. I said do you have a 20 percent coupon. She says I don't. She looked up the price of the t-shirt on her computer and told me the price, and it was 5 dollars more. I said the price is cheaper online. I showed her on my phone, she called some woman over, and she wasn't sure what to do. This woman called some manager on the phone. They wouldn't give me the online price of the same t-shirt on Spirits website. I couldn't believe they didn't do a price comparance. When It's the same company.
