I said once that I was trying a new computer service/repair company and I would post something about them once I had enough experience with them to post a review.

I used them twice since that post.

1st time was because my laptop had died. Nathaniel is good and knowledgeable. His dad, Richard is also good and knowledgeable.

They are both very courteous, respectful and respectable. 2nd time ( they were good tge first time or else there would never have been a 2nd time, right?). My desktop would not turn,on. I figured it might need a new switch. Well, actually it needed a new power supply bc that was what died. Fixed. Saved me from buying a new desktop.

This place literally ruined my new computer!! I took it up there, in the box, to have restore discs made (which was 50$ mind you).

So, about 9 months later I get to where I need to do a factory restore, and of course disc 2 is conveniently not there. I called their office to see if they may have found it or what, they said no of course!!

So, I had to take my PC up there at a 75$ charge they restored it, and made a recovery partition in drive D, that ultimately used all my PC's memory.

JUST find somewhere else, you'll also feel the uncomfortable feeling that I can't describe either, just...

Excellent customer service. I took my computer to be evaluated and fixed. The repairs could have been costly. Richard took the time to inquire about the warranty. The computer was under warranty. He advised me to send in and have it fixed so that I was not paying for the repairs. What a wonderful person!! He also helped me correspond with the company to get the computer sent off!!!
