Edit / Update : The bed frame I purchased in the store from was set to be delivered on 8/6/24. I was sent updates on delivery time and tracking of drivers location on the delivery day. Very convenient for making sure someone is home when delivered, but also not having to take entire day off of work to wait for a delivery.

What was ordered was a bed frame unassembled and a full size mattress. What was delivered was a mattress and half of a bed frame. HALF of a bed frame. I asked the delivery driver where the rest of the frame was and I was told that is all I got it. I tried calling the store to see what was going on. Nobody answered or returned my call. I put the box in the car and brought I to Ashley to see if they could get the other half of the bed frame or refund the bed frame because nobody can use half of a bed frame. I was told in the store that a claim would be submitted and I would get the other half within days. I even told the lady at the desk that if this was going to be another 2 weeks I just want a refund. I was assured it would not be another 2 weeks for the other half to be delivered. I was sent a text for a review of my delivery. I told them I didn't receive the full bed frame and still needed the other half of the bed frame. The person texting said I only paid for half a bed frame so I wouldn't be getting anything else. I sent them the photos of what I ordered and what I received and I was sent a text saying the conversation was ended. I did receive a call from Alex the next day saying I would receive the missing half of the bed frame on 8/20/24. So another 2 week for the other half of the bed frame to arrive. Then I received the text from the delivery department saying I would receive the missing parts on 8/20/24 and it included a link to verify the parts being delivered. Once I clicked on the link it displayed very clearly that this delivery is Canceled. And the quantity of delivery is 0. So once more I reached out to Ashley to find out what is going on. I was told by Ashley that they will not be delivering the missing parts on 08/20/24 because they don't have them. They also said they have no idea when or if the other half will be delivered but they will keep in touch.

This is a seemingly never ending nightmare dealing with this company.

Will update again if I ever actually get the other half of the bed frame or if they give a refund.

The nightmare is over. Received the other half of the bed frame today. Won't ever get anything from them again but I am happy that the bed frame is finally...

I went there yesterday. The whole staff are really friendly and nice. Dylan was the one who sold me my electric couch. I knew what I wanted he took me straight to what I asked for. There was never any well I'd you buy this and this it will be cheaper , when really it would be way more expensive. They are salesman but they don't try to talk you into buying stuff. He knew what I wanted didn't try to get me a recliner to go with it or a love seat. Even the guys that move the furniture around and set the store up where helpful. I can't member the guys name. But he was happy to help me as well. And thats not even his job. They also are delivering and setting it up for a great price. And they have a guy that will come and get your old couch for a good price. Dylan and I sat and talked for 30 minutes after I paid. He was just a really well put together young man. It looks like thats pretty much all they hire. Because everyone was helpful. I definitely gave a 5 star review. He even gave me some info to help me in the future to save some money to get a stand up recliner, because I have a major surgery coming. As long as God is willing and I make it that long. Not to be a downer. But my point about that was he wasn't thinking commission he was trying to help me because i told him what I needed in the future. So yeah great experience I will never buy furniture anywhere else, and they are not a mom and pop, That's Ashley's, but it felt more like a mom and pop experience because it wasn't about over selling you. It wad getting you what you wanted. And they still had memorial day sales a good bit after memorial day.. so Thankyou Dylan and to the staff at Ashley's. It was nice to walk out with a good deal. But they treated me like they new me. That was what was the most impressive thing to me. That and after I saw what I wanted he didn't even ask if I wanted to add anything else or pressure me to buy more. So...

So the wife wanted a new couch so we decided to Ashley outlet in Anderson. Our salesman name started with a “L” but unfortunately I can’t remember how it was spelled.. He was AMAZING!! First off walking in the store was great. It was clean and well displayed. ALOT of nice stuff to eye ball right from the beginning. We started looking and he came to us and asked what we was looking at today. My wife said a couch preferably a section. She told him we had a dog that loves a couch to , so some like leather. He showed us a few and we went looking. She found on and sat in it and he said make yourself at home and sue how you like so you will know if it’s your fit. He asked about kids and she told she had a 8 yo boy. He told her and also poured something on it that would stain on most fabrics. He said not only is it tear proof for the dog but water proof and stain resistant for accidents from the little one. . He was very knowledgeable in that couch he even told we could customize it where we wanted the recliners in it. He also pointed out the USB charger ports built in. We was SOLD! After that we went to look at needs. Again very Knowledgeable! He asked key points like how do you sleep ( on you back , side, stomach) because that tells what firmness level you need. Things I didn’t know. He also showed us different brands and models. Even got to check out several different pillows. Again he said make your self like home and lay in it like you normally do.. fantastic guy! And thing is you could tell he was just knowledged he cared about his job!! That means everything to me. I’ll be back after I get the couch paid down for my bed! Would give 10 stars if I could. Beautiful store, lots of inventory, and great staff! Oh i almost forgot the financing was simple and easy. Was approved in no time, and I don’t t have the beer or credit!! Need furniture...
