I've only been in this store once (so far). I was quite anxious looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding and the one I ordered from Amazon never showed up. Shopping is stressful for me and gives me a lot of anxiety. I had looked at a few stores already and was feeling not just anxious at that point but frustrated, and overwhelmed as well. I wandered into the store because I saw a random dress in the window. I wasn't looking for a dress like that one at all but it was a sign that there are infact dresses in the store. I was greeted by Emma when I walked in. This girl is amazing. She listened to me and made me feel more comfortable. She was very sweet and understanding. Emma took her time to show me several dresses and we had some good conversation while she showed them to me. She encouraged me to take a tiny step outside my comfort zone and I ended up with such an amazing dress. I have a fuller figure and was so unsure about the style of the dress. Emma's gentle encouragement helped a lot. I never would have ended up with this beautiful black cocktail dress without her. I dress for comfort not style usually but I'm so excited to wear this dress. The dress is made extremely well with great fabric. I never thought a more sleek design would look good on me but this dress is amazing. I didn't catch the name of the young lady working with Emma but she was also very kind and helpful with suggestions for my future shopping trips. I absolutely will be coming back to the store. The clothing is made very well with great materials and your staff is absolutely wonderful. It was the first store I had been in that day that actually had kind and helpful staff. Truly an uplifting experience thanks to the wonderful ladies working there. I can not stress enough how truly amazing those girls are and I hope their bosses appreciate them the way I do. It was shaping up to be an absolutely awful day until I walked in and met Emma. The dress is so great but nothing beats the customer service I received that day. Once I thin out my wardrobe I will be back to do some more extensive shopping. I am one of the few ladies that doesn't enjoy shopping but I am truly excited to go back and shop here. Thank you again to the lovely ladies that helped me. Your kindness did not go unnoticed or unappreciated and I can't sing your praises enough. You not only helped me find a dress that I can feel confident, comfortable and beautiful in but you also lifted my spirit when I was at an all time low. Thank you for all your help. Love love love this store!! First and foremost, the clothes here are very high quality and super cute. They have all the updated trends AND all these adorable home goods (candles, pillows, mugs, wall art/decor), perfect for gifts! The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. I can't get over how beautiful the store is, it probably has the BEST dressing room in the entire mall. My most favorite part is the fact that the company donates a portion of their profits to charity every year and have special items that you can buy that go directly to certain charities (like hurricane or cancer support). As I was trying on dresses they called security because my boyfriend was in the dressing room with me. They could’ve have told me that he wasn't allowed to be in there but they instead shamed me first. All the employees look down on me and I felt like crying, I felt like I was being accused of something I didn’t do. I really liked one of dresses but since I felt like I was done dirty I won’t be coming back to a place that completely disrespects their customers and who lacks communication. In no place or did they say that “one person per changing room” or “no couples per room”. Completely unacceptable...
