My daughter had gotten me a bottle of 18 year Balsamic Vinegar and I fell in love. So when I came to visit we stopped in so I get get a large bottle. I enjoyed taste testing each oil and vinegar. It was tough to chose between them all as they are all so good. The Cayenne infused olive oils is perfection. Excited to use it in several different recipes. I have been to Ann Arbor and Traverse City locations. The experience in each was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and the products are first class. Their ingredients help to make each meal a masterpiece. I highly recommend their infused olive oils and the 18 yr old balsamic vinegar is the only one in my kitchen. I normally get my flavored vinegars from Horrocks in Lansing, Michigan and recently found out that this place existed. You can sample flavored oils and vinegars and purchase pre-packaged bottles of the same in three different sizes (Full half and quarter size wine bottles).
