I tried to send flowers to my girlfriend who was in town for business and got very sick. I was not aware that her room was under the name of a colleague, and in the confusion, the delivery man called her, and even though she verified her room number, he told her it didn't exist, and that she would have to come down to the front desk. When she said that she couldn't because she was sick, he sarcastically asked if she needed an ambulance and then hung up. When I called the store to find out what happened, they claimed that he had actually been asking if she needed medical attention. The fact that he hung up immediately after asking or that he did not, in fact, call an ambulance, didn't seem to register. While they did apologize about the mix up with the room, they refused to consider the possibility that the drivers comments were anything but well-intentioned. They were very polite, but I felt like they basically just dismissed my side...

I put the order through before they opened, was given a confirmation email & then received an email stating they had been delivered at about noon today. It was quick & easy & I'll be calling her this evening to see how they looked. Perfect for those who live out of town & need to send flowers to a loved one. UPDATE: She did recieve them, was so surprised, and absolutely loved them. She doesn't have a cell phone so was not able to send me a picture, but said that they were beautiful.
