Went shopping with my family and was kicked out because I could not wear a “medical type mask”. I have severe asthma and know from a experience at Costco that the heat and humidity will cause an asthma attack. I was wearing a face shield because this is safer than nothing and qualifies as a face covering under state law and Spencer’s policy posted online. Annika was the one that told me to leave and said it had to be a medical mask not a shield. It was interesting that the guy standing behind her was wearing a hankerchief over his mouth. Read moreI am from out of town. I took my kids inside spencers and a younger female employee with dark hair and glasses, rudely told me that my drink isn't allowed. I didn't say anything and took my drink out of the store. After that, While my kids and I were looking, she was following us around, like we were doing something wrong, and then told my son to fix his mask.... My kids and I put the stuff we were thinking about buying down and left, and will never come back. There are BETTER ways to talk to customers and I can buy all your stuff other places. Maybe have a training class and teach employees to stop treating a mother and her kids like they are thieves. Nit picking customers...

Just the pure joy in her eyes and mine as we exchanged that paper.
