Nice place to travel however, upon arrival and docking, we were approached by one of the boat wranglers who advised that we could dock at the specific location because it was reserved. Upon further investigation, it wasn't reserved. Another vessel arrived and docked. We spoke to them vessel owner and he advised that he had no reservation. The boat wranglers said nothing to them vessel owner. Lucky a not her vessel was leaving and advised that he had paid for the whole day and night so we can have his time. Upon docking the wrangler told us that we couldn't dock there and we advised him that the previous vessel gave us his time and docking space. They charged us regardless and advised that the previous vessel will not get a refund. We advised that he said we could have his time that he paid for. Again they still charged us. It is located in the heart of everything. You cannot miss this office. this area attracts plenty of tourists. There is a large parking lot where vehicles can park. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. I love the board walk along the river bank where you get a close up look at the beautiful boats in the harbor.
