I’ve spent hundreds at this store. While I’ve usually gotten decent service, my last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. The young lady who helped me this past weekend almost ripped me off. I paid for 3 items, but she bagged only 2 (kept the third behind the counter) and let me nearly leave the store. She then called me and said she didn’t charge me for my third item. After checking the receipt, I showed her the 75$ charge, and she proceeded to argue back and insisted she didn’t. The receipt doesn’t lie. I've always loved Blanca Flor and recently I realized I needed a birthday gift asap. On a whim I called Blanca Flor and got to speak to Sophia and am so glad I did! My family and I were racially profiled. In the beginning the store clerk was following us even when there were several other white patrons in the store shopping. I was followed from the back to the front of the store and she had no intentions to greet or assist me.
