Old Navy — Local services in Apple Valley

The customer service in this Old Navy store is terrible. The manager is really rude. I want to go back to school shopping with my kids and the manager was literally following me through the isles, I felt really uncomfortable. She was literally following me watching what I was grabbing. She made it seem like we were going to steal or some thing really unprofessional. I got what I need then I proceeded to the register to pay my items in the cashier was really rude. Overall, the store has terrible customer service. Racist lady stereotyped me and thought I was going to steal a clearance $4 sweater and $12 clearance jeans. She followed me around the store pretending to be merchandising and making me and my kids feel uncomfortable. I was wearing a mask due to my kids being sick and a hoodie because it was 50 degrees out. You weren’t slick trying to stock socks in the area they don’t belong. This Old Navy has a YT female manager who made my experience shopping there horrible. She had an associate who rang me up for the incorrect product and overcharged me $55. When I went to the manager to adjust the receipt for a product I didn’t buy she then began accusing me of stealing the product.
