Customer service is non existent. They would not replace a sandwich that was made incorrectly for a person who asked for no dairy. When the sandwich was brought back to the restaurant, they adamantly told us that they would not re.ake the sandwich because it was made correctly. We found d a corner piece of the triangle of American cheese in the sandwich. The rest of the sandwich did not have cheese. The tomatoes were gross and covered with parmesan cheese. This was around 6:30 pm, and we were the only customers in the place. A blonde haired e.ployee was rude to us when we brought the issue to her attention. No replace ment was given. We spent $66 on 3 sandwiches with sides 2 drinks and a desert plus tip undeserved. Never again. Subway...you have really gone down hill and don't care about customers welfare. The sandwich was contaminated with dairy for a person who cannot tolerate dairy. Next step may be a lawsuit. The blonde attendant should be dismissed of her duties at the very least at the Darboy Kk location...

Manager at the Walmart location on kk was very polite and understanding. Also the employee kaylee (I believe her name was) at the center kk mall was very polite and professional despite not having a manager on the premises. Those 2 people are the reason I change my review from one star to four
Used the app. Said the order couldn’t be completed, then I look in my bank account, what ya know, I’ve been charged for 3 foot long subs.Got charged on the app for my food. App doesn’t even say I was charged. Never received any notifications or emails for it. I’m highly disappointed, almost $40 spent and nothing to show for it. Read moreI have had three very bad experiences with this particular Subway restaurant on Calumet Street. One day I went in and ordered food, tried paying with a $100 dollar bill and I was told “they couldn’t break $100’s.” I was starving and it was late and didn’t have time to stop anywhere else so I walked into the Chinese restaurant next door to get change for my $100 to be able to pay for my Subway combo. Another day I walked in and ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and I was told that they had ran out and they they would probably be out of it for a while because they had a lot of the chicken noodle and loaded potato soup. Then yesterday afternoon I went in and ordered a meatball marinera sandwich and a bowl of the chicken noodle soup to go and when I got home and opened my soup bowl I see that the girl that waited on me only filled my cup half way full.
