OAK + FORT — Local services in Arcadia

Rose is a true goat. When you think of sales rep, it is common to think of Zara and forever 21 sales rep who just clock in, ring you up the register and clock out. Someone who’s there to just work… But Rose from oak and fort truly knows the fashion and fits you in the clothes that make you look good. She’s what I think Asian high end clothing store reps are like. They don’t just do the bare minimum. She has passion for clothes and fashionable fits. I ask for an outfit and she puts 3-5 more items in my fitting room that she thinks will look good on me. And she’s usually right :) I just can’t afford it all at once but I try my best to come back and get it. I feel like the fact that she’s been there almost 2 years really says something about her work ethic too. shes sooo good at making pieces work that in the last year and half, more than half of my wardrobe was put together by Ms. Rose. and i probably only intended to buy like 3 things. but now I have probably like 20-25 from skirts, dresses, shirts to jewelry. i really want to try their homeware. I hope they bring more to the store. I understand space is limited. I feel like rose deserves a raise and promotion though, no cap.

I only come to oak and fort when she’s working. My only complaint is the AC but that’s not her fault. She said management is trying to fix it. But idk man :/

The store in century city is bigger but the sales reps there combined are nothing compared to rose. Seriously the best sales I’ve ever seen at a mall. PLEASE ask for her. she usually works everyday except sundays and 1 other day of the week. I came twice before and didnt even walk in because i saw that she wasnt working...

I had a terrible experience with Oak + Fort. I purchased a sale item, but was not informed that it could not be returned at the time of purchase. Additionally, the receipt did not mention anything about the discount. When I tried to return the item, the staff gave me the excuse that their wifi was not working, which prevented them from processing the return. However, it was clear that other shops in the mall had functioning wifi and Oak+fort was able to process transactions for other customers.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact the store by phone this time (to check if their wifi works), my calls were never answered. When I finally spoke with someone from other oak+fort, they informed me that the item could not be returned, despite no mention of this policy at the time of purchase. Overall, my experience with Oak + Fort was one of the worst I've had, and I would advise others to avoid shopping there to prevent...
