Love this place and customer service. I purchased from this company 3 years ago & the experience was so awesome I've referred friends and family to them. I actually bought furniture for my entire home and was able to do so from my apartment at the time. I went on the website and chatted with customer service and spoke to Lindsey. She informed me that this is her family business and they value all of their customer relations. I was kept up to date since I wasn't moving for 60 days. She let me know what was in stock and was was backordered and even what items that might become low in stock. The delivery process was outstanding. The delivery guys showed up and was set everything up. Towards the end of the delivery John also an owner company stopped by to make sure everything was delivered and set up and took his time to inspect everything. Doesn't get any better than this. My Mother in law loved my couch so much she even bought the same thing. I've had friends check them out and purchase from DDF and their feedback is always the same as mine. I'm looking forward to doing business with DDF again soon as one of my kiddos will be needing new furntire & at the prices I can afford to switch things out.

Attracted by the super low prices and flat shipping rate, we took a gamble on this site and bought three sets of furniture for a new house. It was a seamless process and I am overjoyed with Dallas designer furniture's customer service. Lindsay responds to emails promptly and professionally, and worked with us to get our furniture delivered within the specific timeframe that we needed. We thought our furniture would all be dumped on the curb for the low cost for delivery and that it'd be up to us to bring everything inside, but Thomas, the friendly delivery driver, helped us bring everything inside the house and even helped us bring a gigantic dresser up a flight of stairs to the bedroom. The furniture looked even better than it did online and arrived brand new and in excellent condition-- there were only a few surface dings here and there out of lots of pieces of furniture. Lindsay afterwards sent us a touch up kit and a discount to make up for the very minor damage. We could not be happier customers and will definitely be purchasing again soon! Thank you Lindsay...

Communication, price and delivery service outside of north TX far exceeded my expactations. Ordered a mattress from their website last Sunday to be delivered to Tulsa. ETA on website for delivery outside of local area said 2-6 weeks. Lindsay sent a custom email Monday to confirm it was in stock and I would get a confirmation when picked up for shipment. She also sent me information regarding a product name and material change straight from the manufacturer. I appreciated it so much. I just got the mattress today after the best communication I ever received for a delivery. It was scheduled ahead, confirmed day of and ETA updates provided and received on time. Super friendly driver. I would not hesitate to order from this company again and hope they continue to do business with Eric, the driver. He is a top notch...
