As a former pharmacy technician myself, I know things can get busy sometimes. Its not as simple as slapping labels on bottles as some would believe. That being said, the level of customer service is just not there. On more than one occasion myself and/or partner has had to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru to even be acknowledged. On the bad days, its 20 minutes in the drive thru without being acknowledged, only to go inside and wait another 5-10 minutes at the counter and not be acknowledged. Sometimes they will even look at you and still just leave you standing there. The customer service of this pharmacy really needs to be worked on. What they are not known for is their hands on customer service or following up.
Thereās been times I have been in really difficult situations with adhd meds that no one can get and desperate⦠Iād be on the phone or even in person and whom ever I speak with doesnāt follow up or do what they say they will.
Also, if you are at the little clinic, donāt wait for them to get your meds. Youāll want to come back. They wonāt rush anything.
