This was our first time ordering a cookie cake at this location and holy moly - they knocked it out of the park. Our daughter loves Stitch and they literally just went off of a description I provided. We were so impressed. They were kind, communicative, and punctual. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! And of course the cookie cake was delicious 😋

Every time I come to this specific location, the service is so bad they’re always on their phones and I have to yell or say hello for them to look up at me. They are always very messy and the floors look disgusting. I hate going to this location never come here!!!

Witnessed the worse employee ever. Working at the down stairs at parks mall in Arlington. He was finishing up w a customer and was raising his voice at her stating such things as im trying to treat you like a lady, Argued with her about the cookies. The poor lady was apologizing. It was my turn and he stated to me I cant even focus after that lady. While im trying to place my order he called upstairs and then makes me wait as he demands someone to come help him. He hangs up on them. Then proceeds to tell me we always gotta be nice. Ya think? Horrible horrible...

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. This mom was a hot mess days before my sons bday, as I could not find a location that had batter except for this location. I sent in my online order the night before and requested they add mushrooms and stars as it was a Super Mario Bros themed bday party. If I could upload a photo of the cake...I would! Ugh! Went here on 4th of July I ordered a dozen cookies first. I then ask the young lady about the brownies bars and are they fresh she threw her hands up like I don’t know. I asked well you wrk here are they not fresh she again just shook her head i said well if they were not made today I don’t want the cookies having already paid for them.
