For those who may come across this review DO NOT purchase anything from this store come to find out that they sell fake gold chains with 10k or 14k stamp on it to make it seem authentic and they will say i will do a test infront of you to show you that its real but it is FAKE they will say let us send it out so it could get tested do not fall for that foolishness either take it to a REAL store this store does the same test like others do but the bigger stores have a few more ways to PROVE if its fake or real they will do a small drop on a pad like see its real BUT it's NOT think of it like this you have fake things like art, watches BUT nobody will know if they have anything fake unless someone is specialized in that area and they can prove more in detail SO do not settle for the cheap prices!! come to find out that there's other past customers that had the same issues they will say excuses oh elements, the skin like every lame excuses to make them sound like they are telling the truth to say that they jewelry is not fake remember REAL GOLD does not tarnish you cant run a scam on people who knows whats real and fake if you do purchase one take it immediately to Zales that's in the mall or say before i purchase this can we both go down to Zales i just want to make sure that this is REAL GOLD Do Not let them suggest a store because they own another jewelry store at this mall and Zales they will expose that what you have purchased is fake they will take a magnet and show you And remember companies can pay people to make them look good with reviews and stars I purchased I thought was a real 14k Gold necklace come to find out that it was NOT REAL it has the stamp and everything to make it look authentic and how I found out is the color of the chain started to change into a darker broze looking color when I talked to the main owner/Manager he said "oh our 14k Gold necklace is NOT real gold only 24k gold is real" after hearing this I said you're selling people fake jewelry and not telling them and I paid $1,050.86 for the chain After I said that and stated that I was recording him he told one of his employees to contact security I asked why are you calling security because I'm recording you and you're about to be exposed?? Funny part is I showed the security guys the chain that I purchased they were like that's most definitely NOT 14k Gold thats definitely fake and I showed him the stamp that the chain had saying 14k and the security even agreed yeah thats not real at all !! REAL GOLD does not change color go ask any jewelry in any state or country real gold does not stick to a magnet We even had a magnet and it stuck to the magnet and was told real gold does not and should not stick to a magnet and i said let us bring in the magnet to show you the manager said oh no i dont want to use that he said NO because he already know at heart he was lieing if you have a thought of purchasing anything from this location please DO NOT DO IT this is why they make REVIEWS to save and help people and after this review the company probably will make a fake apology under this review like oh email us or call us to talk were sorry for you're bad experience etc etc... it's all Foolishness DO NOT SHOP HERE..this will be sent to the BBB..the wise thing they should've done was refunded me what I spent knowing they sold some fake jewelry....they made a comment under this post like I said but removed it because they know they're lieing and what I'm saying...

During the buying process they were more than willing to help and try to find you a deal but as soon as you buy the product you're on your own. Just tried to have my engagement ring cleaned which is supposed to be free once every 6 mo. It is a white gold ring but started turning yellow since it needed to be dipped in rhodium, I handed it to the lady and she walks to the back then a minute later comes back and hands it to me, I try to hand it back to her thinking they need to send it off just like for everything else since there is no jeweler in store and thought she just needed to inspect it. Nope she said she cleaned it and I was good to go.. I looked at the ring that still had lotion jammed in my little diamonds and scuff Mark's on the band that was also still yellow. I asked her about the rhodium dip and she said it would be $79 to do that. Which is usually included in the cleaning at other jewelry shops for white gold rings since it needs it to stay white. She literally just took it to the back and wiped it with a tissue, I just took my ring and left... I then called Robbins Brothers and asked them how much they would charge to actually polish, steam and rhodium dip a ring that was not purchased from them and they said $45. I am so disappointed every 6 mo. If I want to have it ACTUALLY cleaned by them I would have to pay $79 and wait a week to get it back. When you can go to Robbins Brothers and wait not even 10 min. And have it looking brand new. You do get a bargain in the beginning but there is no warranty here so you will pay later for cleanings, if you lose your paper they can't help you since they dont have computers everything's on paper so you need to save it, diamond replacement and resizings if you need it in the future after the first one. Save your money and go somewhere where you can get a lifetime warranty for all...
