Decent toy selection but staff attitude is awful. Every time I go in with my daughter there are snarky comments made about her. She loves to look at the toys on display and apparently that’s irritating to the staff? She’s never broken a toy, we’ve always purchased toys and we always look and put the display toy back. I’m just not sure why a toy store should frown at children for shopping there. We’ve actually stopped shopping there for good. The last time we went I bought my daughter a toy she asked for and the cashier actually commented on how she disagrees with teaching children that they are entitled... wow. My daughter received a Hermione style wand from Harry Potter the movie from her uncle. She had it two days and the bottom disconnected which then knocked the power to the light up switch broken. I returned to the store and the young lady made sure to help me find the right one and when they didn't have it they had one shipped directly to my home address for no extra charge! She and the other employee were very courteous and proficient in their job. They made it possible for me to get a new one and we will tell her that and owl is delivering a new wand from Olivander's ( for all you Harry Potter nerds) Excellent service...

Great selection for the size of the place while avoiding feeling cramped, prices are competitive, staff is helpful and friendly, and their website is helpful for checking what's actually in stock. It's also refreshing to see a brick and mortar toy store that doesn't share 90% of their stock with other stores (like seasonal mall pop ups).
