They told me my instrument would be ready on a certain date, it wasnt. it took 2 more times and 3 calls to figure out when to get it- 3 weeks later. I took it to another shop recommended by a music teacher and they told me the service I received was way too expensive for what they did- and they didnt even catch all the problems....
