Deb and her team are wonderful to work with! You can tell that they take nuanced approaches to every part of this business. You can tell the highest levels of care, attention, and discretion are put into every vintage banjo (and modern ones!) that found on the sales floor. The absolute worst experience I could imagine. The utter incompetence was overwhelming. They told me my instrument would be ready on a certain date, it wasnt. it took 2 more times and 3 calls to figure out when to get it- 3 weeks later. I took it to another shop recommended by a music teacher and they told me the service I received was way too expensive for what they did- and they didnt even catch all the problems....

2021-12-27 in store. not big, perhaps a treasure cove to some, worthy a hunt, did wonder if they knew what they had. met the owner Deb (percussionist & banjoist) and tender (violinist), very amicably and friendly environment and offering various musical lessons. (anti-virus filtering system.)
