Fate is absolutely AMAZING! She’s the one who reached out to me about winning the COLORBAR raffle, and I’m so glad she did because the experience she gave me and my family was unforgettable.

I went in to celebrate my 35th birthday with eight guests right after brunch, and Fate made all of us feel instantly welcome. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of joy. She and her team patiently helped each one of us — which was no small feat because, let’s be honest, you try wrangling 9 Latinas running around the store, overwhelmed by how cute everything is!

We all gathered around the COLORBAR like little girls designing our own jewelry, laughing and having the best time. Fate made it extra special by bringing out champagne and lemonade, plus cookies for the teens. And even though Fate’s attention was fully on my party, there was still another amazing team member making sure the other customers in the store were taken care of — so no one felt overlooked.

Every single one of us left with a couple of gorgeous pieces (and big smiles). It wasn’t just shopping — it was a celebration. The energy, the service, the kindness… Fate and her team nailed it. Let me just say this!!!! I’m amazed at the customer service I have received at this location. I have never shopped KS and found it online looking for an Apple Watch band. I was greeted with integrity and professionalism by Allison the store manager. Soon after I met Monica and Samantha. All of them were beyond helpful!!! I ended up buying earrings and a necklace. I hope to see them soon and get the necklace I wanted. Until then please give these ladies a chance to make your EXPERIENCE AMAZING!!! You will feel like a millionaire leaving! I say Ms. Taylor amazing. She hosted me in my family July 26 at the Kendra scott In Arlington after I expressed my concerns with customers service….and it was awesome. She and her team went above and beyond in customer service. She expressed her apologies and she treated us so well, gratitude and appreciation. In fact, i just went shopping recently on Monday, September 13 and bought a couple items.
