I purchased 3 pairs of shoes the other day, they were nice when your purchasing and prying on buying.. but I just came to return 2 of the pairs, because the 1 pair was pushed upon me, I didn't really want. But was pushed by the manager lady, and the other one, rubbed my heels so BAD, I would rather buy something I'm comfortable in. When it was my turn at counter, the girl at counter didn't say hello or anything, she went over shoes over and over like i had worn them! NEVER a word out of her mouth, besides when I said Thank you, she said Yup! ??? The manager was very rude as well . She is the one that pushed me into buying these, asked me what was wrong and why I'm returning them.. because I want to!! That's not what u ask someone. I've been in retail 12 yrs, your suppose to ask, was there any thing wrong with them, not why are u returning them!?!?

Also, when they refunded my card, I was charged debit when I purchased them! When they returned them, it asked me for my pin number, she said just hit the green button, don't put ur pin number in! So now they returned it to my card as a credit instead of debit! That is bulls**t!! I will never return to this store again.. I'm also thinking about returning the 3rd pair of shoes and going somewhere else for them. I do not like giving my money to ppl that are this stinking RUDE...unless your purchasing. They were like leaches when ur looking to buy. I actually only went in for shoe laces to begin with until they made me feel obligated to buy. I understand that's their job. But do they really make commission to sell shoes? I would think not!! Even so, very rude! NEVER return again! They don't even SMILE! which makes it even...

We were initially drawn here by the BOGO sale on tax free weekend. I was trying to buy Asics, but all of the shoes available were extra wide(EE). I asked the lady at the counter if she could help me find more options online. From the start, she had no patience. She walked to the back to show me the only shoes they had in stock were extra wide, then walked off to the front without saying anything. Then, from across the store, she said loudly, "Sir, come here." I just stood there, confused why anyone would be talking to me this way. I didn't respond, as I couldn't think of anything nice to say. She doubled down in a louder voice, "Come here!" We decided it would be better to leave without the shoes than to engage with her any further. Decent sales on shoes, terrible...

I purchased a pair of shoes during a BOGO sale. I didn't have time to look for a second pair so they told me I could come back before the end of the sale for a second pair and they told me a specific date. I came back by that date and they refused to honor the deal. They told me the promotion had ended early. I asked how that was the customers fault and how we were supposed to know that the promotion was ending early. The girl proceeded to tell me an email was sent to them and this is what they were told. She then called her manager who told her the same thing, they will not honor the deal. This is terrible customer service and a big disappointment.
