We have had repeated bad experiences from this restaurant, but tonight was the last straw. I placed my order online (2 medium pizzas and an order of bread sticks) for delivery (not even close to the first time they have delivered to our house). I was quoted a time of 36-46 minutes. When an hour had passed by since I placed my order, I called the store. They checked on my order and said the driver knocked and tried to call but there was no answer. There never was a knock or a phone call from the driver, which I informed the manager of. The story then changed to the driver was unable to find our residence, but did try to call. I asked for the number they had for my account and verified it was the correct number and that the driver would call me again. When the driver actually did call me, she said she was sitting in a store parking lot about 10 minutes from my residence. I gave specific directions to my address so she could not miss it again. She finally showed up an hour and twenty minutes since I had placed my order. I told her that her manager said she called but I never received the call and she told me that the number she called was disconnected---even though she called my number after I had to call the store to inquire about my order. I called the store back after receiving my order and the manager did credit me back for my two pizzas (not a refund, just credits for the next time we order), but not sure we will be ordering from Papa Johns, especially this location in the future. Read moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order from this location again. I have had multiple issues with this location. I ordered a pizza that wasn’t cooked all the way and was still doughy. Their solution to this was to just order my pizza well done so it would be cooked all the way. The next time I ordered my pizza well done and they delivered it burnt. I called the store and asked for the manager. I proceeded to explain to Garrett (the assistant manager) that my pizza was burnt and I wanted a replacement. He argued with me that he had cut my pizza and it wasn’t burnt. He told me it was cooked well done just like I ordered it and that he wouldn’t replace my pizza or give me a refund. He was completely disrespectful and rude. When I called the store back he answered the phone and mocked me. He started rambling “it’s a wonderful day at papa johns this is Garrett speaking it’s cold and rainy outside” he proceeds to update me on the weather and then tells me again that my pizza wasn’t burnt and there wasn’t a chance in hell that he was going to send out a replacement. I called the Fenton location and spoke with the manager there. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. This is just completely unacceptable and he should be fired. Apparently im not the only customer he has treated this way and he’s had many customer complaints. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. We ordered around 6pm, so I understand the business of dinner rush. We have a child as did our friends. Ordered and wait time was approx 49min, took hour and twenty. We didn’t call to complain, but we did call complain bc both pizzas were cold. They wanted to give us a credit, explained we needed the pizzas. Said they would rush it out to us. Here we are an hour and thirteen minutes waiting on our remake, kids had to eat cold pizza because they are kids and “were starving”, our friends had to leave without eating because we continued to wait for the remake, then called to see where it was. Sat on hold seven minutes, I would assume so they could reach the driver, and they said he messed up and has the pizza but couldn’t give me estimated time. Asked if it would be cold again being how it’s been over hour, the manager said “well he did leave a while ago so if so just call up here and order next time and mention my name so it will be free”. She was extremely nice, very great customer service but We will stick to Pizza Hut or Imos in the future.
