I booked my two teenage daughters appointments for tomorrow. I booked this appointment over three weeks ago. I was told the whole morning was open and to pick my time to come in. I scheduled for 9am, they asked if i was okay for Lindsey to do the girls appointment at the same time. And to expect to be there for three hours. I have seen Lindsey in the past as she did my daughters highlights back in March. I was find with this. On Wednesday (3 days before the appointment) I received a call that they had over booked us and couldn't get both girls in. When I explained that when I scheduled they said no one was scheduled so that means those other people were scheduled after us. And that we have a funeral and one leaving for vacation that we couldn't just reschedule one and how do I pick between the two girls which one gets their hair done? They are sisters. The girl that called said she would call me back that day or no later then Thursday Morning if there was still a problem. I didn't get another phone call back until FRIDAY, less than 24 hours before the appointment telling me that they needed to cancel the girls. I asked to speak with Lindsey or the Manager. They said there is no manager but the Owner is too busy to talk and scheduled in appointments all day. And that Lindsey wished not to speak to me. I have referred 3 other women to this place since my daughter got her hair colored in March. But I will make it known that they cancel last minute, the Owner is too busy to talk and the stylist won't speak to me either over...
Read moreReached out for a microblading consultation and ended up getting a roller coaster of a narcissistic response! The lady claims to be so good at what she does that she doesn't bother to ask why I feel the need to get touch ups at the recommended time frames. (every six months) She goes on to say how her clients don't even need a single brush stroke touched up for 2-3 years. I don't see how that is possible unless she is straight up tattooing them. Goes on to tell me that I should be more worried about spending more money than getting touch ups (in the recommended time frame) before she even bothers to ask if maybe I am taking medicines that make my skin peel faster than normal or any other special circumstances. Also, this person who claimed to be so good at what they do, doesn't feel confident enough to pick up on another artist's work without making the client start from scratch, which is a total waste of money and not in the best interest of the client. If a hair stylist couldn't fix someone's hair without shaving them bald and starting from scratch, if a tattoo artist couldn't touch up someone else's tattoo without redoing the whole thing, that'd be a major red flag. I'm so glad I got the response I did so I knew to run away fast. I feel so sorry for anyone who goes here for microblading that doesn't have any other experience with it. That was...
Read moreI went in the day before Mothers day, to get my hair hi lighted. I showed a picture of what I wanted, spent 3 hours there, and ended up looking like a calico cat, with fried hair! My mother's day was ruined and I had to spend most of my day getting my hair fixed someplace else! They had to cut most of my hair off because it was so damaged! They could not believe what a horrible job was done to my hair! I honestly believe this was done intentionally! Theres no other excuse for it! The stylist I went to, was Lindsey Penberthy. Do yourself a favor, and do not let her touch your hair! I trusted this so called professional with my hair, it was...
