Update: This WAS my favorite place to shop for sales in Asheboro! They are having their Summer clearance. I went by their hours posted on the website. I had some things on hold. Arrived at 7:45pm. At 7:50 there is an announcement that they are closing at 8:00!! They announce to bring items to jewelry and we do, but before we even make 20 steps to jewelry, the woman in jewelry sees me and said ""Ugh, I'm closed". This was the same big & tall and loud lady that told me that she would hold it. She is the same woman who has asked me about 10 times to apply for a Belk card!(Really gets irritating.)On our way out I informed the manager on duty, and not only was she not dressed even half way decent for a Belk manager, but her response was just like the clothes she was wearing, and as rude as the cashier closing her register early. As a customer here for over 20 years, I am definitely going to take this to the higher ups. Customer service used to be important here, not anymore. They will eventually have less shoppers. I know I'll be shopping at Belk in Greensboro for myself and my kids. Another big thing here is you cannot find but maybe 1 register working with an actual employee, and you can forget finding someone to help or answer questions. I've walked laps around this store just trying to find someone to help. If you can't hire more, and better people than that, I will not be back. They waisted my entire afternoon. They'll eventually lose all of their customers because of these issues, and Randolph Mall will lose another store...unless they aren't charging them rent like the other smaller stores that can't afford the massive prices they charge these places for rent..in the oldest mall there is! Read moreThis is a review of the online ordering service. I have had a problem twice. This last time really got me. I placed an order on May the 28th. Every item was in stock. Place the order for 3 items. 2 were for Estée Lauder items and one a man’s shirt. Got a confirmation email on May the 29th saying the items had been shipped but separately. One item in one order which I got in about 3 days. The other 2 items to expect May 31st-June the 3rd no problem. I called today and all were charged to my credit card and as yet have not received the last 2 items 10 days later and no tracking info. After waiting on the phone for 40 minutes I was told that they can only send out a limited number of packages per day due to the COVID19 which I completely understand. I was told my package was ready to go but if I had not received it in 14 days and it was no longer available I would be given credit. If it is packaged and ready to go then there should not be a problem is what I am thinking. Now to the real problem with this they should make online shoppers aware that there could be delays on the website as a courtesy. Everytime I ask if they have any special promotions or coupons they could use for my purchases they always try everything they have got to offer!!! Let me tell y'all that the new pickup service that they started doing a while back is amazing!!! The ladies are wonderful and super nice. Always wishing you the best and really caring. I honestly couldn't ask for better service. I will continue to shop here all the time & I make sure to tell everyone I know to shop here & apply for the Belk card!
