Nice shop, bad experience.

I bought a ring that I really loved Saturday 6 April in this shop. Sold as silver, but without hallmark. It had some stains that the sales assistant seemed to have removed. After a day the ring has lost color and stains the fingers, it has new stains and has lost 4 small stones (the day after the 5th also). I don't know what material it is, but something like this has never happened to me with a jewel (I mean silver or gold). Since I had to leave Asheville the same day, I told them what happened in DM of instagram and by mail, attaching the pics, asking them if they can at least tell me what it's made of.
