Is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The tall chubby gal who works as the cashier assaulted me with her words I brought in a pipe that had exploded in my face it was made of ceramic I noticed that they no longer had those piped on the shelf interesting. She told me to call the owner. I called the owner with no answer I also went back in to the puffs I did not want my money back all I wanted was a product that was quality . Puffs sells defective material in their pipes they are insulting they are the the worst. I am a secret shopper I have worked for the Nissan corporation and was trained in how to educate forward facing employees employees to treat a customer with kindness respect and to listen to what they are saying this woman and there was a witness in the store was out of line and should not be an employee...

The lady was either flagrantly dishonest or totally ignorant of her own products (I suspect the former). I attempted to buy the removable top to a vape cartridge and she told me the top was part of the cartridge and not removable and if it broke or came off I would have to buy the entire cartridge which they conveniently had in stock for $65. She repeated over and over that the top was not sold separately. I left and went to the other smoke shop in town and was told "of course you can buy the top separately". She had them in stock and I was able to purchase them no problem. So either the lady at Puffs was trying to con me into buying the complete unit at a hefty price or she was totally ignorant of her products. Either way, it is a terrible situation and a very bad...

Well the lady that was helping us was very rude, unwilling to really help out that much and she seemed annoyed that we were in there. She was talking and laughing with these 2 fellas before we walked in, and then when she finally pulled herself away from the 2 of them, she seemed as though we were asking to pull her teeth or something.
