So I understand the work shortage has affected productivity all across the board. I spoke to them a month ago to ask for a mailbox and they said that they were closing out boxes that week and would have a bunch of mailboxes open first thing next week. They put my name on a list and said that I was 3rd in line and so I waited. I never received a call, and so at the end of the week, I called them and they told me there was some issues with closing out boxes but next week, they will definitely have openings. We played this game for a better part of a month before I called them and asked what the hold up is. My wife is a traveling nurse and we live in a camper for the convenience of moving easily which makes it nice for moving but doesn’t always give us a solid mailing address. We rely on packages for all kinds of stuff given my work as a videographer/photographer and sending and receiving different types of media. I voiced my concerns and the manager told me that Friday they would have a box for me (I spoke with him on a Tuesday). My wife called in Friday (today) in order to get started on the process of opening the box, and the employee she spoke with just said “nope sorry, no one has closed out their boxes yet” and he left it at that, without any explanation or solution to the issue. I went in and spoke with them, and he just kind of played off the box as it wasn’t their fault that there weren’t any boxes available and that it wasn’t his problem. Manager won’t be in until Monday so we are now looking elsewhere for a box. It really shouldn’t be so hard to be honest with your customers or at least be kind. The worker I spoke with was rude and lacked any empathy for the situation. He handled unprofessionally in a i-have-better-things-to-do kind of manner. 0/10 would not recommend...
Read moreI was working out of town near here so had an Amazon delivery as they are supposed to be an Amazon pickup point. They sent me an email saying my package was ready to pick up so, after getting off a night shift I drove an hour and a half to get there only to be told they were refusing to release my package, while looking at it on the floor next to the register. I was told to come back 3 hours later and maybe they would release it when someone else was working.
Wasted 3 hours of driving, half a tank of fuel, and lost sleep before my next overnight shift just to be treated like trash. They only said to come back another day with another 3 hour round trip drive.
Cashier lady said she was new and didn't know how to work the register so she couldn't release the box their email to me said was ready for me.
I tried to get it forwarded to me, also no. So it's just sitting there rotting away and I'm off in another county now.
Left a phone number for them to contact me if they decided to fix it, haven't heard a word since. Horrible...
Read moreI have been coming in here for years. There usually is a guy there that has worked there for several years. His name is Colin, he is extremely nice, very courteous, and professional. I haven’t had any problems with him or any of the other staff. Today, however, a man with dirty blonde hair was in there, it was NOT Colin and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I didn’t handle it well after he spoke to me the way he did, before leaving I told him that how he spoke to me was not right and I did cuss him out. I told him no one else here had ever spoken to me the way he did. Yes, I shouldn’t have cussed but when you are having to do an Amazon return for something such as feminine products and then you have someone speak to you the way he spoke to me, it was mortifying. I have worked in customer service for years and I have never in my entire life been treated that way by anyone nor I have I spoken to someone that way. All I can say is I hope to GOD that he is not...
