Very poor management. There were about 25 people in line, but no one was preparing food. The cashier stood idle, management was simply walking around, and several other employees were just hanging out. When the food finally came out, the portions were extremely small, and many ingredients weren’t even ready.
It’s clear this company is expanding too quickly to satisfy shareholders, but in doing so, their quality is rapidly declining. After we waited in line for 15 minutes we ended up leaving because there were several things that they were out of. They couldn't fill orders. Staff handled food containers without gloves, and tried multiple times to put only a sprinkle of a topping that was running low rather than getting a new container. I had to directly ask them for both allergy precautions before stopping them from continuing to serve out of the salsa that I could see corn and cheese cross contamination in.
