I went in yesterday after buying a rifle and safe from Bi-Mart recently to then get a case for that rifle. I wanted to make sure the rifle would fit the case and when I asked the lady behind the gun counter if she could compare the case to the rifle she acted as if I asked for her first born child. She told me that she would have to take my ID and everything else which I informed her was totally fine and once I said that she then was making other excuses and just acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to do her job just kind of panic you like she was trying to figure out how to do the least possible, even though she wasn’t really doing anything, as I was there for a few minutes before I asked her. I used to like going here but there is a mean troll who works at the customer service department of all places? Right? I’ve had the unpleasant luck of running into him a few times. The first being where he was harrassing a 90 year old looking barely alive man for taking a free cardboard box calling him thief and agitating the last few breaths out of the old guy. Then he kept repeating it over and over to himself like some kind of psychopath “thief thief thief” it continued with the well I’ve worked here for blah blah and we’ve never done that when I tried to reserve a rug cleaner which I have done three times this last year.
