Updated: 3 months later and still no response from company. My forehead Botox I received (and mind you I received double what I usually get is now completely gone. I usually get my forehead injected and it lasts close to a year. added photos) Now having to go and pay my old injector to redo treatment and formulate evidence against the quality of treatment received because the merchant refuses to do the right thing.

I was initially really happy to hear about this place and their wonderful deals. However, I was skeptical because their injectors had minimal experience. Regardless, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled my appointment. The facility is nice and clean and my injector was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. However, I am extremely unhappy with my results. I had several things done including cheek filler, lip filler/lip flip and forehead botox. I am happy with my lip filler, however, my cheek filler is AWFUL and was a complete waste of money. It seems as though the filler is sitting in the lower portion of my cheeks vs my cheekbones, which is making my eyes look hollowed out. I also have these huge patches of what I’m assuming is migrated filler, you can even see the point of which the needle was poked in. People keep asking me if I’m having an allergic reaction and it’s embarrassing and upsetting considering I spent a lot of money to enhance my appearance. I got Botox for my scowl lines which I always get once a year from another provider. I am always frozen in that area for a good year. It has been a month and I still have movement there. I also notice that my lip flip also has more mobility than it has in the past. Ironically, they implied I needed more units than my past injectors have used, just for it to end up being less effective. At this appointment I was also persuaded into buying Chapter Branded product which has also been terrible to my skin.

I have an appointment Thursday and will update this if something can be done. As of right now, I am extremely upset about not only my skin but the over $1000 I spent here. I will not be recommending this place of business to anyone. I went in for lip fillers and look like I was punched in the mouth. I was advised there could be some bruising but this is over the top. When the service was being performed I started bruising right away the service should’ve been stopped. The girl even said it was unusual for someone to bruise that quickly. She went and go the “registered nurse” and she said it was all fine. Clearly it wasn’t! This is ridiculous and embarrassing to even go to work or in public cuz I get weird looks. I don’t think anyone is truly certified to perform this service. I paid a bit of money too and this is what I get. My husband and I are going to be contacting a family attorney and taking this to another level . I don’t wanna be that person but apparently I have to. I’m in the beauty industry myself and when doing a service the min something starts going not good the service is immediately stopped and then handled appropriately. They also talked big and got me to sign up for the membership. They said the monthly fee would be taken off my service making seem like I’m saving money when really it’s the same or even a little more. So I got scammed at the same time. This place is AWESOME. 😎 Was fortunate to have Amanda and Taylor help me receive a Cool Peel Laser Facial. This is a state of the art laser treatment for skin rejuvenation. I am thrilled with the whole experience and I will be back. Feeling "refreshed". This laser treatment is a true clinical grade procedure. You need experienced Pro's. Amanda is an experienced Registered Nurse as is Taylor. They have the careful ability to administer and use this laser to help your skin boost collagen, get rid of fine lines and brown spots etc. you should expect and plan for a 2-3 day recovery where your face looks like you got an intense sunburn. If you don't have to be in front of people for work, you will resume all normal activities. You might not feel like going out without sunglasses/makeup for about 2 days. But, by the 3rd day from the procedure, I had mine on a Weds, and by Saturday, you would not know I had a significant laser "refresh" of my skin, except you would see your skin glowing with vibrancy and health. About a year ago I had an even more intense laser skin procedure, called the CO2 Laser, and this had similar results, but with more downtime. I liked the Cool Peel better.
