They were nice at first. We were told this was a good place to come to because it would save us money . They do not Communicate well at all. We got a washer and dryer set from them. When the washer got to the house it didn’t even work at all. for the past month in half they have yet to replace it after we had to call almost every week to even get an answer from them instead them being kind enough to update us. Yes they gave us a replacement even though the replacement didn’t come for close to a week after the fact and its not even in the best condition itself. and finally found something and wanted them to come pick it up. But guess what! nobody bothered to right us down in the book like they said they would so sat at the house all morning from the times they said they would be here even moved around schedules to do so that way we can get this set out of here before the new one arrives and a no show! Went ahead an called them now they won’t show till the next day and now have to move around more plans in hopes they actually show this...

I've had nothing but problems the whole time I've been renting from them they have gotten wrong dates for my payments charging my card twice multiple times, I have banks statements, and when my shampooer had stopped working I talked to Victor he told me he would not be doing anything until my payment was up to date and I reassure him that it was and he had the wrong account. But yet no one has came to look at it or even fix it and also I just got a dehumidifier and its monthly payments I'm paying for monthly they charged me septembar 22 75 dollars and then October 5th 75 dollars and I wasn't even suppose to start paying til Oct 2nd and I have yet to talk to them about coming and getting it and the shampooer that I told them to come get! I'm so disappointed in the company I'll never reny from...
