Here's the breakdown: -I made an appointment online one week beforehand to get one document notarized that would legally allow me to immunize in the state of Georgia so I can administer COVID vaccines -I arrived 10 minutes early, not expecting to be served immediately, but also not expecting to wait more than half an hour -I was told it would be a 3-hour wait because they are the only BoA open in the nearby area due to COVID, but then was told it would be a 15 minute wait after I explained that I already had an appointment -Other customers who arrived after me were asked whether or not they had an appointment, a question I was not graced with, I'm assuming because I look 10 years younger than my actual age -I was placed in an empty office with glass windows to wait and I could see and hear the employees socializing with each other -After waiting AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES, I was finally allowed to see the notary -During the 5 minutes I was with the notary, they signed in the spot that I was supposed to sign, making my document null and void -I pointed out the error and they awkwardly fumbled and said to just come back and do it again if the document is not accepted -Lo and behold, the document was not accepted -After getting another blank document from my employer, I saved myself the trouble and went to the UPS store and paid $2 to get my document notarized after a 5 minute wait. The notary asked me to sign the document in front of them without me having to prompt them, demonstrating their notary...

I cannot even begin to praise this branch enough. I was there to handle a deposit for my first home and from the second that I got there- the process couldn't have been smoother and the staff couldn't be nicer. With COVID precautions we had to stay 6 feet away and wait in the line. The Security was so welcoming, helpful and was taking care of everyone. He brought someone in to sit down that was pregnant so they could be off their feet and help route people to the right Bank of America team members. When I entered the building, I waited to be helped and I got to see first hand the level of service that the whole team provided. They treated everyone with the utmost respect and got everyone in and out quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Maria and she was amazing. So friendly, knowledge and helpful. Hi everyone, I'd like to encourage you to give this branch a chance! I think I've chosen it as my branch now. I recently had an important transaction to make. I went to a branch on Sidney Marcus and literally had to walk out because of their super long wait and questionable customer service. I called Howell Mill and their systems were down. I decided to try this place. I had had a not-so-pleasant experience the week before, but I decided to go back. Selam, the branch manager, is so amazing and a few of the staff, Tahresa, JR, and teller Dech---- were amazing. They really took care of me and made sure everything was great.
