I've known Josh personally for many years, invested alongside him in real estate deals, and most recently engaged him on the purchase of our first home. Throughout the process, he exceeded our expectations.

More than that though, he leveraged his expertise to recommend additional types of homes and areas of the city that we would not have otherwise considered.
