We loved our stay in Atlanta! The building Is beautiful with a historic feel and very close to many midtown restaurants and activities! We picked this stay since we were going to a concert at The Loft - Center stage, and it was perfect! A very short walk and convenient. The place was clean and had plenty of appliances for cooking during our stay. The only tip is to figure out parking before you go since there isn’t on site parking (city/downtown parking is always a challenge, but there are plenty of options based on ur preference and price range), there seemed to be some spaces around the corner but we just opted to pay for the day in a parking garage 0.5 miles away, it didn’t have in and out privileges so that was a challenge but we also were only there two nights so it was fine. The bathroom door also doesn’t close all the way, and the shower does splash a bit, and there is alot of street noise, but tbh that’s half the fun and character you get in the city. We loved staying here and would definitely do it again!

Had to book a place close to Piedmont Atlanta Hospital while my dad was undergoing open heart surgery. This place was perfect! An 8 min drive away and had everything we needed for our stay & SO CLEAN (like wow, super impressive). Only thing I would say that was kind of not the greatest is the parking situation. They have 13 very small car garages that you have to pay to use (we did the weekly option for $60) and it was a good walk to the place and a good bit of stairs. There is a side road that is free parking that is closer, but depending on what time it is, there may or may not be a spot (also that side road is a half one way only road). Also if they add more lighting out on the front and sides of the building that would make it safer for having to park and walk up to the buildings entrance at night. Overall was a nice stay and would stay here again.

I stayed at this property in Atlanta for a quick one-night work trip and was impressed. The location was great, and the space itself was beautiful—thoughtfully designed with cool furnishings and modern appliances. The unit was spotless, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in maintaining the property. Even in a short stay, I could see how well-suited this place would be for a longer visit. The picnic table and grill area on the grounds is such a nice touch—perfect for relaxing or gathering with a group. The overall upkeep created a welcoming and polished feel throughout the property. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Atlanta.

My partner and I loved our stay-cation at Kasa. The building had a ton of character to it, while the rooms were modern and full equipped with whatever you may need during your stay.

Kasa is in a fantastic location, with Atlantic Station being just a 16 minute walk away. Almost everything is at a walking distance.

I was a little anxious about the parking situation after reading the reviews but we managed just fine. The parking spots that were reserved for Kasa was basically some built-in parking shed where you would reserve and pay for through the company ParkEaz. We paid $40 for 72 hours which for Atlanta standards is great. The parking spots were TIGHT. and I meant TIGHT. My Chevy Malibu was a tight squeeze, I can't imagine a larger car or truck being able to fit in these spaces. We struggled getting in and out of the car due to the spaces being enclosed. Reading that some other visitors had their cars broken into made us anxious but we were lucky enough to not have any break ins.

The 24/7 front desk was helpful since we had many questions that were parking related, and we were helped immediately.

Kitchens were stocked with pots, pans, cups, cutlery, coffee maker, soap, tea, coffee etc. Bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The amenities, including the tea and oils, were all from the brand "Public Goods" which a sustainable brand which I found to be lovely.

I will say that some of the rooms are actually some peoples homes so we did have a few encounters with them giving us looks or seeming irritated by us being there. The walls are also fairly thin so if your neighbor decides to blow dry their hair or vacuum at 2am, you'll know.

Overall I'd stay here again, the price is great for the...

With no reviews on Trip Advisor I cancelled but then rebooked my room because for the price and location I decided to take a chance. There are reviews on Expedia and Hotels.com I booked through Hotels.com. ||||My Review ||||I'm always going to be real. This was my first time staying at Kasa. It is a great location and close to downtown Atlanta. You are a close Uber ride away from Grocery stores and things of convenience. This was all great. The appliances are modern and they supply laundry pods. Amazing!!! ||||What was not so good for me were a few things. ||||1. The noise level, you can literally hear everything upstairs and that's okay the heavy footsteps etc. in the daytime, but after 9pm it's rough the footsteps, the people upstairs having sex every creak of the bed the loud moans... was excruciating for me. ||||2. If your unit has windows that face the outdoor parking at approximately 10:30pm the lights come on and they are bright, so my unit was only dark from about 9pm til the parking lights come on... and then my place was as bright as a late afternoon. There are blinds but I did write to them and message them to say they need black out blinds like hotels have. I was not able to sleep because of this, and Kasa folks told me to buy an eye mask... I wasn't going to do that. ||||I suffered through the noise upstairs and the bright lights, so I did not have a peaceful sleep. The other thing if you have a disability it is not accessible the front entrance stairs are very steep. ||||Back to the good. It is so clean and bright. If you are good at texting you can follow the directions well and having everything you need and a washer and dryer was pretty awesome. That plus the rooms look identical to...

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment managed by Kasa for a few months and the the experience exceeded my expectations. I have since stayed several more time with Kasa at their other locations in Chicago.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and the thoughtful furnishings/supplies that made the space not only comfortable, but helped avoid needing to make additional purchases for my stay.

What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. Every interaction with Kasa’s team was prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made a significant difference in my stay. I appreciate they offer text based support as it was quick and easy to get issues resolved. A key aspect of my experience was the maintenance person, whose name I regret not catching. Their promptness, efficiency, and attention to detail in ensuring everything in the apartment was in perfect working order truly enhanced my experience. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and skilled in their work, and they deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. I saw them regularly working on improvements of the building and ensuring it was well maintained (I believe the building has recently been renovated and they are doing a great job keeping it in order).

Kasa provided not just a place to stay but a well-rounded, pleasant experience. It’s clear that they value their guests’ comfort and satisfaction above all.

I would highly recommend Kasa to anyone looking for a high-quality, hassle-free rental experience. Thank you, Kasa, especially the customer support team and...
