Xhibit Studio Kitchen and Bar — Restaurant in Atlanta

I have been to this hotel numerous times and have had a pretty ok experience for the most part. I will say as a Diamond member and someone that has been to numerous properties, this hotel is very limited. This particular experience they did not have it together. The General Manager handled my issue very unprofessionally and distasteful. As a Hilton employee myself, I have a lot of unpleasant things happen but because we pride ourselves on customer service, we always make it right for the guest. This was not the case this day I went to the restaurant in the morning for tea. They inform me that they no longer provide team member discounts(effective a month ago). Disappointed, I then spoke to a couple of servers that confirmed there will be lunch that day at 11oclock. Once I called up to the restaurant to place a togo order the same server tells me that they dont have a cook. I ask to speak to the GM. His name was Micheal. He was rude, cut me off, never offered any compensation and lied to me about the team member policy (saying they NEVER had it). He blamed his short comings on external issues rather than making it right for the guest(me). If you are looking for an all around great experience DONT come here. Their unsure, nonchalant attitude doesnt reflect Hilton standards...

My boyfriend and I tried Xhibit Studio Kitchen and Bar for breakfast this morning, and wow, it did not disappoint! We’re big breakfast fans, so naturally, we went a little overboard and ordered the Biscuits and Gravy ($18), Applewood Smoked Bacon ($7), Pancakes ($6), and Fried Potatoes ($6). No regrets—every bite was incredible! The biscuits and gravy stole the show—perfectly seasoned with a little kick, easily the best I’ve ever had (and I don’t say that lightly). First off... THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING!! TIA our hostess was the perfect server. She greeted my Mrs. & I in a timely manner. Took our order after giving great recommendations & we decided on 2 orders of their 8 piece wings & fries. I got half lemon pepper & half honey hot. Wifey got jerk chicken. I am not a drumstick fan.
