My partner and I was looking to lease a condo in Downtown Atlanta while our construction completes. We found a penthouse in Museum Tower, the listing agent was Mr. Walker. Was excited to find out he was a Berkshire Hathaway realtor as our NYC realtor who we adore is from BH. My partner reached out and was met with "before viewing the unit you have to put in an application". We have purchased and sold quite the amount homes and I've never heard of you having to 1.)Pay $70 2.)Take a hit on your credit score all before viewing the property. We were warned Atlanta is full of scams so we were hoping that going through a realtor would bypass that. Unfortunately, that wasn't our case here. I would warn anyone to use caution if working with Shaka Walker.
