This clerk completly wasted my time (1 hr). Over charged for device, an s9+. Then after telling me it was unlocked we settled on a price. I went next door to withdraw the money, 3 transactions costing over $15 atm fees. As i come back i see him peeling plastic off (the one we agreed on had no plastic). As i asked to see it for a final time before purchase he quickly tried to throw a case on it. I said I wanted to see it WITHOUT THE CASE only to find behind my back he had switched it to a small S9. He tried to sell me the wrong phone and AFTER CONFRONTED with the fact, explained it was because the one I wanted (S9+) was NOT unlocked and he would not have tod me unless i found this out, he would have let his lie go on had I not been aware CHARGING ME THE SAME PRICE FOR A LESSER ITEM JUST TO MAKE A SALE. Went to fix a iPhone 11 screen that was glitching. It took about 20 minutes for $120. The next day, my iPhone 11 took forever to charge. Not even a week later, my screen was back to how it was before. I hadn’t even dropped it or anything. I came in and he was charging me $120 to fix it again! Which is absurd. We settled on $90.
