I stayed at the Annex at The Chelsea hotel located in Atlantic City. Upon our arrival the receptionist was standoffish, proceeded to the room the floors was very dirty this was a short quick trip for my son and I so we had no intention to spend a lot of time in the room so we moved forward. What actually put the icing on the cake was the following morning my son use the bathroom, apparently the guest prior may have left a soap in the toilet so it clogged and overflowed. My requests for move another room was denied when I was asked if I was spending another night and I responded no. We left and came back 2 hours later the bathroom was never cleaned there was feces all over the toilet. Unfortunately for us we had the same receptionist and she was very rude,I am still waiting on a call back from the manager. I will never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommended it to anyone. This was by far the worst hotel experience...

I'm also calling to tell them about my deposit, (oh yeah they have you put $125 deposit down & it doesn't state any of that on their website) & my card states they took out so much money & they are saying that my bank statement is wrong that it makes no sense & they are not trying to resolve the issue or help me they keep giving you an attitude & hanging up. You have to pay for parking & they don't state that either just a overall sucky experience I wouldn't advise that ANYONE ever steps foot on this hotel so not worth...
Read moreOne star because I can't give it no stars. The "Oasis King" was far from an oasis. The lobby fooled me into believing that I was getting ready to spend a night in a decent place. The closer I got to the to tower where my room was the more dingy the place became. The elevators were dated, smelled bad, and were not so clean. The hallways were musky and moist;a perfect breeding ground for mold. Room 202 was the nastiest room I've ever stepped foot into. What a waste of $400! The ambiance of the room was not so inviting. Stains on the furniture, an unnecessary amount of dust, and an unbelievably disgusting bathroom. While taking a shower, I was greeted by a dead roach which was in the tub with me. I have no idea where it came from must've washed off the curtains or something. I almost lost my damn mind! Overall, this place truly ruined my first experience at...
