This facility and potential owner of this store are not ADA compliant. A worker verbally stated he would deliberately treat me differently than their normal standard sanitation operating procedure, and when I called him out for discrimination and recorded the exchange, he ordered I leave the store. This worker and company violated MULTIPLE federal laws. Store claims worker did not consent to being recorded or me sharing to social media, when this worker literally told me I could "do whatever I want", so I took out my phone and began recording. Then when I said I would be posting to social media, he gave me a physical thumbs up and said "go right ahead". So the worker actually verbally consented to both. Store does not have any signage indicating no video is allowed and did not tell any other customers to put their phones down. Store infringed on my federal rights and is deleting reviews from others that witnessed this event and is trying to claim harassment. No, discrimination is a form of harassment. There is no such thing as having an "off-day" to justify harassment when the victim (me) is telling you that what you are doing is illegal. I started recording because you infringed on my federal rights. When I politely informed the worker that my service animal did in fact have identification and a vest is not a legal requirement, the worker refused to clean our table. So now the store is claiming they only follow their own sanitation protocols and only discriminate SOMETIMES, and people should still come to their store because witnessing evidence is not a good judge of character or how they treat their customers. There is no misinformation. Go ahead and post your own store video footage with audio with no cuts or edits, and people will see who is telling the truth. This store went as far to claim people were harassing THEM and threatened to press charges from people reviewing their service. People are simply sharing their review of your behavior, and there is nothing illegal about that. I was never disrespectful, so perhaps your next plan of action to rectify this situation should include educating your employees on discrimination, harassment, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, specifically titles II and III. I giving this place two stars because they did try to fix their mistake and deliver my food near the beach. However, we ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, tossed salad, wrap and chicken tenders. My mom ate the buffalo chicken pizza and it was sweet and disgusting. Never had a pizza that taste sweet like general tso chicken. I never excepted to taste like that. It was truly disappointing. The only thing that was good was the crust. They also forgot my salad and the chicken tenders were so saucy. I thought chicken tenders came without sauce. They told me I should have specified but I never thought chicken tenders came with sauce unless you ask for it or they tell you. I had to call them back to deliver my salad and chicken tenders with no sauce. The food was delivered near the beach which was nice. I returned the pizza and the chicken tenders to the delivery guy and explained to him that the pizza was nasty and the tenders as well because it was full of sauce. I was hoping the new tenders without sauce and salad would be good.However, the chicken tenders had no seasoning and no taste. Truly was disappointed. This was my first time ordering out after 4 months and I won’t be ordering out for a while again. The salad was okay and the wrap was good. I had high hopes for this place. Southside Pizza has really gone downhill. They charge $6.40 for a slice of buffalo chicken, which is wild considering I used to pay $2.25 when the old owners were around. When I mentioned that, the lady working the counter snapped, “Yeah, in the 80s” for the record, I’m 23 years old, so obviously that wasn’t the case.

I used to come here all the time. It was one of my favorite spots. It’s honestly disappointing to see how much it’s changed; and not in a good way. The dismissive attitude really stood out. As a paying customer, I wasn’t expecting to get talked down to just for pointing out a price hike.

There are plenty of pizza spots that charge less and serve better quality. The chicken on the slice was dry, the flavor wasn’t there, and it definitely didn’t taste like it was worth $6.40.
