My name is Kevin I just want to relate my interactions/shopping experience at the Brooks Brothers store at Great Lakes Crossing. Quickly to begin with, I am disabled, I walk using a walker and typically shopping for menâs suits/formal wear is an arduous, unpleasant, taxing, endeavor. My experience at the Brooks brothers store was completely the opposite. To begin with. I called the store to get directions so I didnât have to traverse the entire mall. When I arrived, I was greeted so warmly and kindly by sales associate Debbie and the manager, Kelly. Their genuine interest and helpfulness was palpable-so opposite of the typical âpatronizingâ tell you what you want to hear - just to make a sale -approach that so many retail stores exhibit. First off Debbie and Kelly quickly were able to ascertain my size-and as the shopping experience continued, my sizing was refined to the level of finding suit coats that needed absolutely no alteration with a perfect fit. Debbie was excellent at supporting and leading the process- As I said before she gave a genuine assessment of the look fit/style, that would be most enhancing to my side, stature, and coloring. Both Debbie and Kelly worked hard in concert to search their stock to find my sizes, and in the end of all my purchases which included four suits, three ties and two sport coats- only one pair of pants required ordering and shipping directly to my house. I canât begin to tell you how pleased and satisfied I am with my purchases without any buyers remorse, thinking âdid I really select or purchase what was a good look or fit for myselfâ but rather walking out, feeling completely satisfied with my purchases, well cared for and considered throughout the entire process. Debbie was quick to facilitate an extra discount for opening a credit card, which was much appreciated. When your sales experience ends with a hug and the kindness of Kelly to load up all your purchases and wheel them to your car, who can beat that? You better believe that if I ever need anything else or have any questions I will not hesitate to come back with confidence and eagerness to the Brooks Brothers store at Great Lakes Crossing. Special mention to Jackie and Dale who also played a helpful supportive role. Great service deserves accolades. But this goes beyond super customer service, but is a testimony to the genuine, helpful kind, knowledgeable staff that takes care of their customers at Brooks brothers. If Debbie or Kellyâs boss reads this⌠They deserve a raise, because you cannot put a price on the quality or gem you have...

Read moreWent in on a Sunday and was treated very poorly while there. We went in around 5:50 and had multiple associates give dirty looks as they closed the gate, while we were looking around. We were unaware of the store hours, as we were in a rush and live an hour and a half away. The older guy who approached us gave extreme attitude and we had him along with two others say that they were closing soon. He measured us wrong and pressured us to buy and get out. Now we have a shirt that does not fit and inconveniently have to return the item by mail - if they accept it. Please save your time and money and go to another store...
