I've been here a few times and it's been decent but my most recent encounter with a nasty employee made it so I will never come back. I went to pick up my ring after having a diamond replaced and the employee that worked with me was extremely rude. I didn't have my receipt because I wasn't told I needed it, when I informed the employee of this she told me "nope you can't pick up your ring without the slip." I told her I wasn't leaving without my property and she rudely informed me I'd have to have my ID to get the ring. I, of course, had my ID so I showed it to her but they didn't have it under my name, it was under my fiance's name so he had to show his ID. Even though when I dropped my ring off I was told it would be in my name since I was picking it up. She then condescendingly told me it's under the name of whoever paid for it, and I informed her that I did pay for it. After she finally did her job and got my ring she rudely told me "see, everything's fine." No, everything is not fine. I didn't mind having to wait 15 minutes to talk to an employee, but the fact that she was extremely rude, condescending and just straight up nasty is why I'll never go to a...

My husband and I came into the store to upgrade My wedding ring, and after a super-easy and detailed process, we finally received my dream wedding set…custom made by David! I had a vision for what I wanted and David made it happen. David and his team walked me through all the steps that go into a custom design with care and attention to every detail. From the moment we walked into the store we have felt like celebrities and the team made us feel so welcome and cared for. Throughout the whole process of designing and executing my ring design, David kept in close contact with me and my husband. He was very patient as I changed the design a handful of times, and probably drove him crazy…but I never would have known, as he graciously went back to the drawing board every time I asked without making me feel like a burden.
