Five Guys — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

I recently moved to michigan and saw a five guys was near me. I had to order to see because before i moved a work at the five guys of avon, CT. I ordered a little cheeseburger with , Top mayo, lettuce, tomato, bbq. Bottom: ketchup & jalapenos, with a side of a little fry. I have to say it was terrible, being as a employee of a branch with a 98% out of the district. It was sad to see the quality of food like this. The bun wasnt toasted, it was soggy. The lettuce was browning as if it was from the previous night. The mayo was on the bottom bun not the top and opposite with the ketchup. There were 7 slices of jalapenos when theres suppose to be 5 unless you grill them then its 12. The burger was cooked proper which was fine. As for the fries, it was overly salted and undercooked. The insides werent mash potatoes and they snapped. As for the restaurant. It wasnt that busy, so you would think the restaurant would be clean for the crew to be prepared if a secret shopper appeared. Well it wasnt, there were window smudges on the doors, napkins on some of the tables that were empty and peanut shells all over the place. Its sad to see this. While working with five guys i got to interact and make friends with the higher up and so expectation was high. Yet the avon branch is a 98% where this seems like a 70% branch. I wont order here again and i hope the district manager is aware of how this branch is and gets it in shape. Quality is everything for five guys and they are especially proud of their fries so its sad that a branch is unable to exceed the...

First of all I LOVE FIVE GUYS! That is what stinks about this location...My first experience with Five Guys was here and I almost NEVER ate at the franchise again. The burger was sloppily thrown together and poorly wrapped. By the time I got my food home it had fallen apart completely and the fries everyone raves about, were undercooked and soggy. Luckily there is a good Five Guys by my work and I gave it a shot over a year later it was great and I have been back to that location several times.

I figured it was time to give this location a try again last Saturday and you can read above because the experience was exactly the same...My order was incorrect, fries were undercooked and soggy, they double wrapped my wife's burger which was nice but the foil was not even completely around mine, by the time I got home, the soggy undercooked fries were covered with the toppings from my burger and the bag was so soggy it fell apart.

To be fair they were busy and the staff was nice. They gave me a free fry and apologized for messing up the order...too bad the free fry along with the others were ruined and undercooked. Friendly staff bad...

Today I decided to go into this location for a burger. I was shocked at the prices however decided to splurge. Upon ordering, I was very clear I'd like extra cheese on a little bacon burger. I stood and waited patiently for my food and noticed the the man that took my order informed the young lady of my request. As my food became ready, I stood there watching another person not be informed of my request and he placed the patty and proceeded to wrap it up. I am attempted to get the attention of the lady adding my little fry but she didn't hear me. I proceeded to the counter to speak with the young lady that was originally informed of my request. She automatically lead with attitude and walked over to the lady bagging my order to tell them to add the cheese. I attempted to tell her thank you for the understanding and she rolled her eyes and walked away. As much as food is today I deserve to get what I paid for. I will not be patronizing this business again. These employees suck at customer service. The young lady had dark hair was on the register I think her name was Sheila. Either way she...
