THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Recently I placed a pickup order from Qdoba, i showed up about 25 minutes before closing time and the staff was sitting at tables, and one was mopping the floor, which it fine no big deal. but they all looked at me confused and after standing there for 5 minutes a guy behind the counter asked me what i needed, i told him i placed a to-go order and they looked around confused and acted like they didnāt know where it was. They then looked it up on the computer and realized i was telling the truth, and they pointed at a bag sitting at a table off to the side and said thatās where the to-go orders were picked up. Once i started walking over there the boy mopping yelled it was his food. After that a couple women employees started laughing. Then the man behind the counter said somebody already picked your order up, and I told him nobody I knew picked up the order, and I was confused and asked if somebody stole my food. He responded blankly and said yea I guess, very unprofessional, so we stood and looked at each other for a couple minutes while the other employees continued laughing. I was beyond shocked how someone can just walk in and grab a bag of food without any proof itās theirs. Finally he offers to reimburse me for the food and asked if I wanted a receipt, but I asked him if he could just remake the food considering they still had 15 minutes before closing time, he refused and persisted they closed all the food down. Then he disappeared in the back for a while. Once he came back he claimed the manager was refunding it but he couldnāt give me a receipt. I thought it was weird since he offered the receipt in the first place and the manager never came out to speak to me or apologize. During all of this the two women employees were snickering, laughing, and glaring at us. On our way out the door the man behind the counter yelled sorry, i responded with, āwell itās not like you took it.ā The women employee sitting at the table immediately jumped up and yelled, āWHAT DID YOU SAY?ā I hesitated for a second and she yelled the same thing louder, like she was going to come at me. I turned around and responded with, āitās not like he took it, because he said sorry.ā And I continued walking and will never go back there ever again. horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in to Qdoba for a second time in a row for dinner. I had a wonderful dinner the night before. The food was prepped by a young man with no Afro, I regret not knowing his name. He seems to be skilled in all areas, but he is particularly nice and always has a good attitude. He appears to be new staff and he is the best worker Iāve ever had. Very sadly the second night, he was very busy and was not my server. The general manager, Keith is in his name, white with light hair, was my server. He was maybe the 2nd worst server Iāve ever had at Qdoba (9+years). I thought we were in control of what comes on a entree? For the first time, I was denied beans in my quesadilla. I donāt get why he didnāt drain them with the spoon. I have never been denied the right to have anything on my entrĆ©e. I wasnāt even given beans on the side. It was a weird feeling then I felt bad for the vegetarians who came that day. No beans!? This also confused the other servers. This store is in big trouble when the manager is ok to start closing at 7:30. He was sloppy, things were a real mess. I think he really doesnāt like being there or working with people. He didnāt care about anything being the right way, he wanted to be done, no matter the cost. The line is always filthy. I have only had one good experience here at this location with the new young gentleman, he deserves a promotion to have to deal with the problems here. One last thing, I think you should ENFORCE hairnets, hairnets, hairnets to anyone with a visor. Hair falls out, itās just a fact, there is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis qdoba is right by my sons swim class, we have been coming here frequently for the past couple of months due to proximity and we like the food. After today, we will never be back.
I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life, and in front of my 19 month old soon⦠I could not believe it.
First of all, we were not greeted, honestly I donāt care about this, but it does set the tone for the rest of the visit. The woman working on the line was visibly angry (at what? I canāt be sure⦠we were the only ones in there when we walked in and she was making online orders). When she finally greeted us it was āwhat do you wantā accompanied with eye rolls, slamming bowls and tortillas on the counter, and glaring looks.
While starting my bowl after asking for white rice, she proceeded to look up at me, glare and not say a word (this was her waiting for a response for my protein Iām assumingā¦) but at this point I had enough. I said actually weāre good, I donāt need the attitude and we left. My 19 month old son should not have to see a qdoba worker being so rude to his mom and dad just for ordering food at 7 pmā¦ā¦ We will never be back and I vow to spread the word how awful the...
