Vera Bradley Outlet — Local services in Auburn Hills

I was in the store today to buy a few things. I couldn’t find the color of one item, the lady on the sales floor basically said oh we don’t have it if you don’t see it and brushed me off. I went to the register to pay for the other 3 items. I asked the cashier Taylor if I could order the 4th item in the color I wanted. She looked in the computer and said oh we have one in the store. She knew exactly where it was and got it for me. Taylor was super nice, helpful, friendly. Before she knew I was looking for a specific color she greeted me so well to check me out. TAYLOR was exactly the type of employee a store should want. I hope she is able to train or help the other staff member with her customer service skills. Thank you again Taylor for being so nice...

Wow. Never have I experienced such poor customers service at Vera Bradley. No one greeted me when I walked in or asked if they could help. I wondered around the store alone. Finally I found what I was looking for and when I went to check out the customer service level didn’t change. The lady, who was clearly the manager, based on the continued conversations she had with the other employee while checking me out, didn’t so much as look in my direction, but kept talking about how she is fighting for hours. The prices themselves reflect the downhill of the store. I came in here to shop for a few items with my mother and the customer service was absolutely awful. The two older ladies working there were racist and kept reading off prices to us as and hovering which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. Even after expressing discomfort they were rude.
